Howard Michael Kremer (born February 3, 1971), also known by his stage name Dragon Boy Suede and his nickname Howie Michael Motorcycle, is an American comedian and comedic rapper. He has released six albums and has had a half-hour special on ''Comedy Central Presents''. He has also made regular appearances on ''Jimmy Kimmel Live!'', ''Austin Stories'' (which he co-created), ''Scare Tactics'' and ''Comedy Bang Bang''. Howard Kremer is the host of the ''Who Charted?'' podcast, co-hosted by Kulap Vilaysack and available on the Earwolf podcast network.
